Customer Impact
When doing the 1ES Migration of the build pipelines, we accidentally removed source build from the jobs that run automatically. This means that without this change, we can't have folks that try to source build dotnet/installer build successfully, so we need to take this for the next previews and GA.
Testing
We have a test build that demonstrates that source build is running again.
